Position Summary
Advanced Roofing is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join Florida's largest commercial roofing contractor. In this essential role, you'll be the central point of contact managing the complete service cycle—from answering customer calls and dispatching field technicians to coordinating schedules, processing invoices, and ensuring timely collections.
You'll work at the intersection of customer care and operations, collaborating daily with clients, technicians, estimators, branch managers, and accounting teams to deliver the exceptional service that has fueled our growth since 1983. Your responsibilities will include managing service tickets, maintaining dispatch schedules, ensuring accurate documentation and billing, conducting follow-up calls, processing technician timesheets, and providing vital administrative support across the branch.

Key Responsibilities
Handle all incoming service, maintenance, and warranty calls with professionalism and courtesy. Dispatch and schedule service work, assigning tickets based on technician availability and location. Coordinate job site access and logistics with customers, technicians, and third-party vendors. Ensure accurate documentation, including service details, photos, and approvals, for billing. Process and send invoices promptly; follow up on collections and support lien/NTO procedures. Maintain service schedules, dispatch boards, maintenance agreements, and follow-up logs. Review and process technician timesheets and assist with payroll coordination. Provide administrative support, including office supply management and general clerical tasks.
Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required
Education
High school Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Experience
0-3 years of dispatching field technicians in the service roofing industry preferred.
Skills & Requirement
Minimum 18 years of age Experience working on behalf of a roofing/trade/construction company preferred Successful background investigation and Credit CheckSuccessful Pre-Employment Drug Screen Bilingual Spanish/English a plusAdvanced customer service skillsProficient knowledge in computer skills: MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook Ability to multi-task and stay organized
