Summary: Take the next step in your early childhood career as an Early Head Start (EHS) Supervising Teacher. In this role, you’ll lead a classroom team while still doing what you love—working directly with infants and toddlers. You’ll create a safe, engaging environment where children can grow and thrive, while also supporting and coaching teachers, partnering with families, and helping shape a strong classroom culture. Success In This Role Looks Like:
- Creating a warm, structured classroom where children feel safe, supported, and ready to learn
- Leading and supporting teachers through coaching, feedback, and collaboration
- Planning engaging, developmentallyappropriate activitiesusing a research-based curriculum
- Building strong relationships with families through communication, conferences, and home visits
- Using observations and assessments to support each child’s development
- Working closely with program staff to ensure high-quality, inclusive services for all children
- Keeping classrooms organized and aligned with program and licensing standards

Requirements for Consideration:
- CDA (or equivalent) focused on infant/toddler development;Bachelor’sdegree preferred
