About the Job
The Administrative Intern will play a key role in supporting the company’s administrative and Facilities operations.
This professional will assist with daily administrative routines, including document management and organization, contract and vendor control, support for office infrastructure demands, and collaboration with internal teams, contributing directly to the smooth and efficient functioning of the workplace.
They may also provide occasional administrative support to different departments, ensuring organization, agility, and operational efficiency across internal processes.
This is an on-site position based in Belo Horizonte (MG), requiring close collaboration with business areas and leadership. Office presence is essential to ensure excellence in daily activities, strengthen team collaboration, and promote effective integration with the company’s culture.
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain administrative files and documents, both physical and digital, while supporting internal communications and correspondence.
- Prepare and update spreadsheets, controls, simple reports, and presentations to support daily administrative routines.
- Support contract and vendor management, including monitoring deadlines, documentation, and alignments.
- Assist with travel arrangements and administrative logistics (e.g., hotel bookings, meals, and transportation).
- Support Facilities-related demands, including vendor coordination, office organization, and assistance with on-site team needs.
- Contribute to the organization and control of administrative information and support reports for the area.
- Participate in projects and initiatives within the department, contributing ideas for the continuous improvement of processes and routines.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, organization, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Chat, etc.).
- Willingness to learn, take on new responsibilities, and act proactively in day-to-day activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (including academic projects or internships) in administrative routines or Facilities.
- Experience in startup environments or fast-growing companies.
