The MRI technologist performs the technical aspects of MRI procedures and assists physicians during procedures.
Education:
Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
Training and Experience:
A minimum of one year x-ray experience is preferred. Current BLS certification through American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
Unusual Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
A. Occasionally required to lift and position patients for procedures.
B. Possible exposure to infectious diseases and radiation.
