Advanced Practice Provider – General Surgery
We are searching for a talented, experienced Advanced Practice Practitioner for our General Surgery Practice. The ideal candidate will be driven, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing exceptional patient care alongside other members of the interdisciplinary patient care team.

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including history, physical examination, and diagnostic interpretation
- Manage pre-operative and post-operative visits, including patient education, surgical planning, and follow-up care
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as labs, imaging, and endoscopy results
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
- Provide patient counseling on disease processes and treatment options
- Round on inpatients assigned to General Surgery; assist with consultations requested by the ED and Hospitalist services
- Coordinate referrals and procedures as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Nurse Practitioner:
- Bachelor Master of Science degree, or Master of Nursing degree from an accredited institution
- Three years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- 3-5 years’ experience as Nurse Practitioner in General Surgery preferred
- Able to read, write, and communicate in English
- Computer skills required
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- NH Board of Nursing licensure to practice as a Nurse Practitioner
- BLS certification preferred
Physician Assistant
- Bachelor of Science degree and graduate of American Medical Association Approved Physician Assistant Program
- Three years of experience as a Physician Assistant
- 3-5 years’ experience as Physician Assistant in General Surgery preferred
- Able to read, write, and communicate in English
- Computer skills required
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- NH Board of Medicine licensure to practice as a Physician Assistant
- BLS certification preferred
