About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager with 1–3 years of experience to help build and scale our core platform.
This role is ideal for someone early in their PM career who is ready to take ownership of features and product areas, while still learning in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. You’ll work closely with engineering, operations, and leadership to ship products that directly improve how clients access and use intelligence.
What You’ll Do
- Own and drive smaller product initiatives from concept to launch
- Collaborate with engineering and stakeholders to deliver high-quality features
- Gather and synthesize user feedback, internal insights, and data
- Write clear product requirements (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Contribute to roadmap planning and prioritization
- Analyze product performance and support data-driven decision-making
- Work closely with operations teams to translate workflows into product features
- Help improve core platform metrics like turnaround time and user experience
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in product management or a related role (consulting, operations, startups, etc.)
- Experience contributing to shipped products or features
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Ability to break down complex workflows into clear product requirements
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- High ownership mindset and attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Experience with SaaS, data platforms, or workflow tools
- Exposure to analytics tools (SQL, Excel, Mixpanel, etc.)
- Technical fluency or experience working closely with engineers
- Background in fintech, legal tech, or risk/data-driven industries
- Interest in AI/ML-powered products
- Has a Product Owner certification (i.e. CSPO)
