Maintenance Job Description
Location Information
Green Life is an Assisted Living Facility licensed by the Agency for Health Care Administration.

The facility Administrator
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Participate in trainings that are applicable to both the job and the community.
- Preparing resident rooms for new occupants.
- Handling general maintenance repair needs at the community to include but not limited to:
- A/C service
- Light plumbing
- Garbage removal
- Painting
- Service rooms
- Change lights and fixtures
- Change A/C filters
- Other as it relates to the job
- Maintaining the grounds, facility and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards.
- Working to problem solve, plan, organize, communicate and cooperate with others to ensure that projects are completed.
- Keeping accurate maintenance records of work done.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent or justified experience in the field.
- 1+ years of similar experience.
- Due to the size of our community, we are seeking an individual who likes to keep busy!
- Strong communication skills.
- The ability to stay organized and multi-task.
- Able to be flexible.
Computer Skills
- Basic computer skills with word and spreadsheet, if applicable
- Software of the company choice, if applicable.
