Position Overview
KidsPeace is seeking administrative and clinical applicants to work in the Reading SBOP program with school locations at Amanda Stout Elementary, 10th & Penn Elementary, Southern Middle School, Central Middle School, and Reading High School. The Clinical Manager position is responsible for the management and delivery of clinical services within the school-based outpatient clinics. This position will focus on all client-related services to ensure quality, integrity, and coordination of services. The Clinical Manager will ensure that all therapists are adequately trained and competent in all aspects of service delivery. This position will provide oversight for all outpatient walk-ins and will ensure that all standards of ethical behavior, professional conduct and mental health requirements are followed.

Key Responsibilities

- Essential functions include
- Ensure all standards of documentation are upheld based on policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Provide direct supervision and support to all school-based therapists.
- Provide crisis intervention support and training to associates including overseeing walk-ins at all outpatient programs.
- Provide staff development and assist with an active plan for staff recruitment and retention, which incorporates student internships, mentor-type orientations, and open feedback opportunities for staff to communicate their issues and solutions suggestions.
- Oversee the formulation of clinically appropriate and evidenced based group curriculum.
- Provide direct involvement with both internal and external customers, maintaining positive customer relationships and facilitating open lines of communication to best address the needs of the students’ receiving services.
- Maintain awareness of the KidsPeace continuum of services and actively promote the internal transfer and referral of children and families whenever clinically indicated.
Qualifications

- Master’s Degree in related clinical discipline required.
- Applicable state licensure preferred.
- Minimum 2 years leadership experience in a community-based program servicing children, adolescents and/or adults preferred.
- Demonstrate leadership, strong organizational, communication, and written skills.
- Proven experience in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and ability to manage multiple priorities is pertinent.
- Knowledge / education of children and adolescent stages of social and emotional growth and development.
- Must possess basic personal computer knowledge and skills
Compensation details: 60000-70000 Yearly Salary
