Join our Team as a P&C Product Manager! WHAT YOU’LL DO: The Product Manager is responsible for the pricing and product development for the personal lines property programs in their list of assigned states. The position works collaboratively with other cross functional business units to implement state and program enhancements designed to achieve growth and profitability goals in line with the company’s business model and enterprise objectives. - Proactively manage the entire rate review process, including the preparation, proposal, and implementation for all products in assigned states
- Monitor current rate levels and pricing enhancements that coincide with market trends and consumer expectations with the goal of achieving and maintaining growth and profitability
- Perform regular and comprehensive competitive analysis using all available data sources to include industry data and publicly available competitor information
- Prepare business support and requirements for product enhancements designed to produce efficient, accurate and compliant product presentation, quoting, and policy issuance
- Identify and leverage strategic partnerships with respect to data, automation processing ease, systematically tap customer insights, and capitalize on distribution opportunities
- Continually advance our product set and service values; continuously improve our analytics / fact-based decision-making capabilities and operating efficiency and quality
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: - 6 or more years of property and casualty insurance experience as a product analyst, pricing analyst, actuary or equivalent.
- Must be able to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of rate making techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability of providing strategic recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively engage in product discussions with executive staff.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills with proficiency in Excel.
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, actuarial science, insurance or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The office environment is fast paced and collaborative.
