WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Sales Manager
- Hands-on position to help contribute to overall success of the hotel
- Create and implement sales plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rate, increase volume
- Manage local sales efforts by conducting outside sales calls
- Assist in developing packages and promotions to build business
- Ensure good standing in the community by developing and maintaining relationships with all community and civic organizations
- Maintain excellent knowledge of local competition and industry trends
- Ensure efficient completion of daily assignments in a timely manner
- Requires excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work flexible shifts
