As a Vacation Booking Coordinator, you’ll help clients turn their travel dreams into reality by researching and booking customized vacation options. This is a flexible, remote opportunity perfect for someone who thrives in a service-based, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate travel plans including cruise lines, hotels, and full vacation packages
- Understand and match client goals with personalized recommendations
- Utilize a wide range of travel suppliers to offer the best deals
- Provide top-tier service and support through the entire booking process
- Keep records organized and up-to-date
- Join team trainings and supplier updates to stay sharp and informed
Qualifications:
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Great attention to detail and communication skills
- Self-starter who enjoys problem-solving and client support
- Interest in travel and hospitality
- Customer service or sales background helpful, but not mandatory
