Pomeroy Living, a vibrant and diverse skilled nursing facility in the heart of Sterling Heights, MI, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Administer medications as directed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care.
- Build strong relationships with residents and their families.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid Michigan Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
- Compassionate and caring demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
