About the Role
You are a digital marketing professional with a strong inbound marketing background. You quickly understand theQyrusplatform and its value proposition and use that knowledge to develop engaging digital marketing campaigns that attract, convert, andretaincustomers across the full funnel.
About Your Responsibilities
You will:
- Develop and execute full‑funnel inbound demand programsto ensure a healthy and predictable sales pipeline.
- Analyze every stage of the conversion funnel,identifyopportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to close gaps and improve performance.
- Identifycritical conversion points and drop‑off areasand continuouslyoptimizeuser journeys and funnels.
- Drive the creation and execution of digital programs and campaignsacross email, website, SEO, PPC, social media, and emerging digital channels.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of all digital programsusing clearly defined metrics and KPIs, while owning and managing the content marketing calendar to meet businessobjectives.
- Identifytrends and actionable insights,optimizingmarketingspendand performance based on data.
- Design, build, and maintainQyrus’ digital presence, including social media channels andwebsite.
- Organize, support, andparticipatein conferences and eventsto generate inbound demand and increase brand awareness.
About Your Qualifications
You bring:
- A bachelor’s degree with6–8 years of relevant digital marketing experience
- A highly creative mindset with proven experienceidentifyingtarget audiencesand building campaigns that engage, inform, and convert
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, WordPress, Hootsuite, and website traffic and performance analysis
- Practicalexpertiserunning and managing:
- Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Display and brand awareness campaigns
- YouTube video advertising
- Email marketing and marketing automation
- Influencer and content marketing
- Social media marketing across platforms
