Carpenter Title: – Carpenter

The Carpenteris responsible for performing apartment unit turns which may vary by complex and unit type. This role involves a wide range of carpentry work that includes rough and finish carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, drywall hanging, windows and HVAC systems. The carpenter will also assist with construction projects and ensure all company properties are in good working order.
Replace and repair walls, flooring, cabinets, tubs, and other areas associated with a specific unit type.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or job-related course work preferred.
2+ years of experience in building maintenance or construction.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as drawings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
