Your Impact in This Role
You won't just be rooming patients—you'll play a vital role in specialized allergy care and build meaningful, ongoing relationships with patients.
You'll:
- Perform allergy testing with precision and care
- Administer immunotherapy injections safely and confidently
- Prepare and manage allergy serums
- Educate patients and support long-term treatment success
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation
- Collaborate closely with providers and advocate for patient needs
- Assist with billing workflows to keep care running smoothly
What Sets You Apart
- 1+ year of experience as a Medical Assistant or LPN
- CMA or LPN certification (preferred)
- BLS certification (preferred)
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills—you connect easily with patients and coworkers
- A proactive, team-first mindset
Location & Schedule
- Appleton, Neenah, and/or Oshkosh clinics
- Full-time: 32–40 hours/week with flexibility built in
