The Role
The Director of CPG Media Partnerships will lead the growth of Valpak | Clipp's CPG advertising business. This role is ideal for a senior seller experienced in CPG, shopper marketing, or retail media who wants to represent a differentiated platform that complements omnichannel strategies and drives measurable consumer action.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand relationships with CPG brands, agencies, and shopper marketing teams
- Position Valpak and Clipp as a strategic complement to retail media and digital channels
- Educate clients on the value of in-home media for consideration, trial, and brand loyalty
- Create insight-led proposals aligned to brand and retail objectives
- Drive revenue through consultative, value-based selling
- Partner internally to align targeting, creative, and execution
Ideal Background
- Experience selling CPG, retail media, shopper marketing, or omnichannel advertising solutions
- Strong understanding of consumer purchase behavior and brand decision-making
- Proven success managing complex brand and agency relationships
- Ready to represent a national, in-home platform with high attention and long engagement
