Position Summary
We are seeking staff to work with at-risk youth. We take pride in our structured program that focuses on changing a client's behaviors, thinking patterns, and values. Our program primarily focuses on implementing behavioral changes to assist with a successful reintegration into the home, family, and community.
A Late Night Mental Health Technician provides security and support for residential clients during overnight hours (3rd shift). The position also entails various duties including documentation of client activity, completion of individualized paperwork and specific responsibilities related to management and upkeep within the residential houses.

Full Time and Part Time opportunities available
Primarily 3rd shift (11PM-7AM)
Weekends are requiredMust be able to complete a paid corporate training session — Monday through Friday, 9AM-5PM for 2 weeks. (Next session scheduled for 4/27 and 5/11)
Qualifications (Education, Training and Experience):
- High School graduate or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in Mental Health or related field preferred.
- Experience with acute emotionally challenged children or adolescents preferred.
- Valid driver's license REQUIRED.
- SCM certification and CPR/First Aid certifications required (trained internally post-hire).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must possess basic personal computer knowledge and skills.
