As we scale toward $10M+ in revenue, we are looking for a Marketing Senior Associate who is a self-starter and innovator. Compensation: $50k - $65k (Based on experience)
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate’s degree with coursework in Marketing, PR, Business, Advertising, Journalism, or Communications.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite, Photoshop, Canva, AI, and Illustrator.
- Knowledge: Foundational understanding of traditional, digital, and content marketing.
- Soft Skills: Strong technical writing, editing, and organizational skills. You must prioritize key tasks and communicate with the appropriate people.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Graphic Design & Brand Identity
- Create impactful mailers, door hangers, and digital assets using Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Ensure all communications reflect brand standards and our 27-year craftsmanship legacy.
- Advise on website UI/UX improvements to increase conversions.
- Manage and engage audiences on Instagram and Facebook.
2. Data Integrity & Reporting
- Track and report ROI on all marketing and sales efforts.
- Use CRM/CMS tools to monitor lead attribution, conversions, and maintain data accuracy.
- Provide clear, honest performance insights to leadership.
3. Strategic Operations
- Act as liaison with external ad agency.
- Support forecasting, goal setting, and marketing calendar management.
- Learn and apply marketing automation tools.

- Reliable Commute: Must be able to reliably commute to Phoenix, AZ 85085 or plan to relocate before starting work.
Availability: Full-time; willing to jump into projects as needed to support a fast-growing team.
