Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Day Shift (6:00 AM–6:30 PM)
Starting Pay: $18/hr. + $4/hr. weekend differential Schedule: Rotating weekends and holidays

Position Summary
The CNA is a trained, dependable, and compassionate caregiver who assists residents with personal needs, comfort, and daily living activities under the supervision of nursing staff. This position is primarily based in the nursing home but requires cross‑training and the ability to float to the hospital when needed. The shift runs from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities
Assist professional nursing staff in delivering high‑quality resident care.
Provide direct care as directed by an RN or LPN while maintaining resident comfort and safety.
Follow all departmental policies, safety procedures, environmental standards, and infection control guidelines.
Uphold resident dignity, respect, and privacy at all times.
Perform procedures and tasks as instructed by nursing staff.
Protect confidential patient information in compliance with HIPAA.
Maintain a safe and clean environment within the nursing home.
Participate in required training and continuing education.
