About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Canvasser to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about connecting with customers and representing a reputable roofing, siding, and window company. You will be the face of our company, engaging with homeowners to offer roofing, siding, windows services, and or identify storm damage and offer trusted solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing in assigned (various metro) neighborhoods to generate leads for roofing, siding, and window services.
- Identify potential storm damage and educate homeowners on repair and replacement options.
- Build rapport with customers by demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and a customer-driven approach.
- Communicate clearly and effectively to explain company services and answer questions.
- Maintain resilience and a positive attitude when facing rejection or challenging situations.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly canvassing goals to support company growth.
- Use company CRM software to track data accurately.
- Report feedback and customer insights to the sales and management teams.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience or interest in canvassing, preferably within roofing, siding, or window industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-driven mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Resilient and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to identify storm damage and understand basic home exterior repair needs is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
