JOB TITLE: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
POSITION SUMMARY: The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct patient care and support under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. The CNA plays a critical role in ensuring patients receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care while supporting the overall efficiency of the healthcare team.
This role focuses on assisting patients with daily care needs, observing and reporting patient conditions, and helping create a supportive healing environment. The CNA demonstrates our organizational values by building trust with patients and colleagues, striving for excellence in patient care, embracing innovative approaches to care delivery, and strengthening relationships with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

Qualifications:
Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Required Licensure: Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Specialty Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Experience: Health Unit Coordinator or medical administrative experience

This role is performed in a hospital or clinical unit environment and may require:

Working day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts depending on operational needs.
Physical Demands:

Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching during patient care activities.

Ability to assist with lifting, transferring, and repositioning patients, including lifting up to 35–50 pounds independently and heavier loads with assistance or lifting devices.
