Sunrise Lawncare is hiring a Crew Member to help care for outdoor properties. This role supports lawn care, landscaping, and small outdoor projects. Crew Members help keep customer property clean, safe, and looking professional.
This is a hands-on, outdoor position. Team members must follow safety rules, use tools correctly, and work well with others. Training is provided for motivated and dependable employees.
Responsibilities:

Lawn & Landscaping Services:
· Mow lawns, edge sidewalks, trim grass, and blow debris
· Trim Hedges and shrubs, blow debris
· Plant grass, shrubs, flowers, and hedges
· Install sod, mulch, and decorative rock
· Shape and maintain landscaping beds
Outdoor Property & Hardscape Support:
· Help prepare ground for pavers, walkways, and small outdoor projects
· Assist with installing pavers and base materials
· Help with small rock driveway or walkway installs
Property Maintenance Services:
· Clean gutters using ladders and proper safety procedures
· Clean pool cages and screens
· Assist with storm preparation and cleanup
· Help with basic irrigation repairs under supervision
· Pressure washing abilities beneficial
Equipment & Worksite Responsibilities:
· Inspect, clean, and fuel tools and equipment daily
· Safely load and unload trucks and trailers
· Use company mobile apps to track time, photos, and job details
· Follow work orders and report job changes to supervisors
· Maintain professional behavior with customers and coworkers
· Follow company uniform, appearance, and safety standards
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
· This position requires the ability to:
· Work outdoors in Florida's heat, humidity, and changing weather
· Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift for extended periods
· Lift and carry up to 80 pounds
· Climb ladders and safely work at heights when needed
· Safely operate landscaping tools and equipment
Qualifications:
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must comply with company drug-free workplace policy
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Valid driver’s license preferred and required for driving company vehicles
• Ability to follow safety rules and company policies
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
• Landscaping or lawn care experience is helpful but not required (training provided)
Schedule & Pay
• Typical Schedule: Monday – Friday, approximately 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Overtime may be required during peak seasons or storm response
• Hourly pay based on experience
• Overtime paid in accordance with federal and Florida wage and hour laws
