Foster Hose & Fittings is seeking a reliable, experienced Warehouse Specialist who takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and quality work. This role is ideal for candidates with warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience looking for a stable position with clear advancement.
Pay & Advancement
- Starting Pay: $17.00/hour
- After 90-Day Probation: $18.00/hour
- Specialist #2: $19.00/hour
- Specialist #3: $20.00/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Cut and assemble hoses and fittings to precise customer specifications
- Handle shipping and receiving operations, including loading/unloading trucks
- Accurately package and prepare orders for shipment
- Operate equipment such as hydraulic crimpers, pallet jacks, and power tools
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Associate, Material Handler, or Production Associate preferred
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Strong attendance, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
