About the role
The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for the direction of daily branch operations of all three Missoula Branches. Ensures established policies and procedures are followed. Supervises and coaches’ subordinates to meet or exceed sales and service expectations in various types of situations through goal setting and one-on-one discussions. Assist with planning and executing effective branch meetings. Completes performance evaluations. Ensures members are promptly and professionally served. Has lending authority based on credit union policy. Participates in community related activities as a representative of the credit union. Will assist in all branch functions to include all lending, account openings, transaction & member service needs as required.

An assistant branch manager will maintain a cohesive, highly trained, motivated staff to meet daily member demands and to promote member satisfaction, retention and expansion. They will meet or exceed branch goals as determined by management. Assistant Branch Managers embody the Park Side Pillars of Pride, Purpose, Professionalism and Passion.
Qualifications
- A high school education or equivalent
- Two to five years of related or similar leadership experience preferred or demonstration of leadership provided.
- Previous financial experience desired.
- Fostering sound relationships with others is necessary.
The pay range for this role is:62,000 - 68,000 USD per year(Missoula)
