This Role:
The Senior Systems Support Analyst is responsible for ensuring consistent deployment and stable operation of corporate systems, networks, and security. This role includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing or automating enterprise-wide solutions.
The successful candidate analyzes and resolves complex system and application issues, including both hardware and software, while supporting and enabling the broader Systems Support team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining policies, procedures, and associated training plans related to system resource administration, appropriate use, and system recovery
- Design, develop, and support code-based solutions (scripts and functions) to automate user provisioning and application deployment processes
- Support the Infrastructure Team in maintaining system security and compliance standards
- Assist in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Entra ID, Intune, Active Directory (AD), SharePoint, Power Platform, Git Bash, and other Microsoft 365 services
- Conduct research on applications, system products, services, protocols, and setup standards to support infrastructure development efforts
- Ensure endpoints are deployed in accordance with required security procedures and standards.
- Administer equipment, hardware, software upgrades, and patching processes
- Manage identity and access, including user provisioning and role-based access control
- Monitor and test infrastructure performance and provide performance statistics and reports
- Recommend, schedule, and perform infrastructure improvements, upgrades, and repairs
- Apply strong security principles to daily operations, including least-privilege access and secure-by-design practices
- Provide technical leadership to the Systems Support team and act as a liaison to Systems Administration and Engineering teams
- Comply with all State and Federal laws related to an effective Compliance Program, including HIPAA Privacy and Security requirements, by:
- Adhering to the Code of Conduct and being familiar with all compliance policies and procedures stored in LogixGarden that are relevant to this position
- Ensuring departmental managers and employees follow the Code of Conduct and compliance policies and procedures
Qualifications:

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- 5+ years of of experience in IT administration with deep expertise in Microsoft 365, particularly Intune, Entra ID, Active Directory, and SharePoint, with a strong focus on device management, identity, and security
- Demonstrated experience solving problems at scale and automating solutions
- Hands-on experience with Azure services, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and security
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and hybrid identity with Entra ID, including Group Policy, Intune configuration profiles, user management, and directory services
- Experience with DevOps tools and practices such as CI/CD pipelines, Git, Terraform, and Ansible.
- Experience with monitoring and performance management tools
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to participate in on-call support as needed
- Deep technical knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, and Windows operating systems (both server and endpoint)
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Azure CLI, and other scripting languages for deploying automated solutions.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate
- Functional understanding of Git, version control, and modern deployment practices.
- Understanding of applicable data privacy practices and laws
Preferred:
- Infrastructure and security certifications are preferred (e.g., CCNA, Security+, and cloud certifications such as Azure or AWS)
