Service Greeter
We’re hiring a Service Greeter to be the first point of contact for our automotive service customers. This is a customer-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and being part of a fast-paced dealership environment.
If you have strong customer service skills and enjoy working around vehicles, this is a great opportunity to join a professional automotive service team and grow within fixed operations.

Week 1: Monday–Friday
Week 2: Tuesday–Saturday
Start Date: ASAP (Immediate Need)
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome service customers at their vehicle
- Begin the service check-in process using a company-provided iPad
- Escort customers to their assigned Service Advisor
- Assist with vehicle check-in, including taking multiple vehicle photos
- Park service vehicles safely and efficiently on the lot
- Deliver keys to technicians and service staff
- Provide a professional, friendly first impression of the dealership
- Follow dealership safety procedures and service lane processes
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to safely drive and park customer vehicles
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Dependability and attention to detail
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Previous customer service or automotive experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with dealership or service department operations(preferred)
