Service Porter – Entry Level / Part-Time
Carter Myers Automotive (CMA) is hiring a Service Porter to support our busy service department. This is a great entry-level role for students or anyone looking to start a career in the automotive industry. No prior automotive experience required.
Schedule
- Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Closed on Sundays
Requirements:
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers as they arrive in the service lane
- Help check in vehicles for service
- Drive and park customer vehicles safely
- Move vehicles through the car wash
- Keep the parking lot and service area clean
- Assist service advisors and technicians as needed
- Follow dealership safety rule
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly and dependable with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and follow directions
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working outdoors in different weather
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to drive automatic and manual vehicles (training provided if needed)
