Caseload + Expectations
• Caseload: 6-10 clients
• Billable expectation: ~25 hours/week
• Structured to allow both clinical quality and professional growth
Compensation & Growth Potential
• Base Salary: $80,000 – $90,000
• Total Compensation Potential: $80K–$100K+

Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• At least 1 year of experience in ABA therapy preferred
• Leadership mindset and interest in professional growth
• Strong clinical and ethical decision-making skills
