As a Dental Assistant II, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care while helping create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for our young patients. This role may require flexibility to support multiple locations as needed.
What You'll Do
• Assist pediatric dentists chairside during procedures, ensuring seamless patient care
• Prepare, sterilize, and organize instruments and equipment
• Create a welcoming and comforting experience for children
• Capture dental X-rays in compliance with safety guidelines
• Educate parents and caregivers on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with front-office support as needed
What We're Looking For
• CDA or EFDA certification
• Coronal Polishing & Nitrous Oxide certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience
• Strong understanding of dental anatomy, HIPAA compliance, and infection control
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Familiarity with Curve dental software preferred
• Bilingual skills are a plus
