Make regular inspections of the grounds and buildingsMake repairs or replacements as necessary and with Supervisor approvalMaintain inventory of tools, equipment, and suppliesRepairing or cleaning signage, pressure washing, cleaning gutters/roof areas, interior and exterior painting,maintainsidewalks, stairwells, and parking lot areas, remove snow fromwalkwaysand apply salt.Perform landscaping duties e.g., mowing, weeding, raking, pruning trees/bushes, backpack blowing, herbicide applicationQualifications -Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructionsfurnishedin written, oral, or diagram formPreviousexperience in property/storagemaintenance preferredGeneral knowledge of painting and drywall patchingMinor appliance skillsGeneral knowledge about building equipmentAble to evaluate deficiencies such as excessive wear or troubleshoot faulty partsHandle service callsin a timely mannerGood safety habitsMust have reliable transportationAble to speak to residents andmaintaingood working relations with other team members and any contract laborers working on the propertyWe’re invested in you — because your well-being fuels your success.
