Tract Home Roofing Superintendent (Bilingual – English/Spanish) – Pompano Beach / Miami, FL
We are hiring an experienced Tract Home Roofing Superintendent to support high-volume residential new construction projects across the Pompano Beach and Miami markets.
This role is focused on production roofing for regional homebuilders—you must be comfortable managing multiple communities, tight schedules, and consistent builder expectations.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee roofing operations for tract home communities
- Manage crews across multiple active developments
- Coordinate installs to meet builder schedules and cycle times
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with builder standards
- Conduct site walks, inspections, and final checks
- Maintain strong relationships with builders, supers, and field teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
- 3+ years of tract/homebuilder roofing experience (required)
- Experience working with production builders (Lennar, DR Horton, etc.)
- Ability to manage volume, timelines, and multiple job sites
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of roofing systems and South Florida requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
