The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients. This role focuses on proactive prospecting, consultative selling, and strategic networking to generate new leads and drive revenue growth across all Advanced Roofing business lines. The Business Development Executive collaborates closely with internal teams to qualify opportunities, develop value‑based solutions, and ensure an exceptional customer experience, while consistently maintaining accurate sales data and activity within the CRM system.

Key Responsibilities
Identifies potential clients in the target market and completes appropriate research on the prospective client's business across all ARI businesses (roofing, solar, and HVAC)Works with clients to gather project qualification information.Provides critical data within the CRM system including account and contact data as well as lead qualifying information for specific opportunities.Seeks business expansion opportunitiesBuilds and maintains the relationship of new and current clients to ensure customer satisfaction and continued sales opportunitiesCommunicates progress of monthly/quarterly sales initiatives to appropriate internal stakeholdersCollaborates with various departments within the Company for knowledge gains keeping up with latest business trends, pricing, products, etc.
Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or similar preferred
Experience
3+ years’ experience in sales, marketing, and/or business development required
Previous roofing/construction sales experience preferredOutbound sales and prospecting experience in B2B environment requiredProven experience in managing customer accounts and building lasting relationships required
