Summers Rubber Company is a leading industrial distributor specializing in mechanical rubber products, hose assemblies, and fluid transfer solutions. We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Fabricator who enjoys working with tools, building products, and being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
This is more than a warehouse job—it’s an opportunity to develop technical skills in fabrication and assembly with a clear path for growth.
What You’ll Do
- Cut and assemble industrial hose, rubber, and gasket materials to customer specifications
- Build hose assemblies using a variety of tools and fabrication equipment
- Accurately pull, fill, and prepare customer orders
- Receive, stock, and organize inventory within the warehouse
- Assist customers at the service counter with professionalism and urgency
- Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
- Other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment
- Experience in fabrication, assembly, or industrial environments preferred
- Ability to read and follow detailed instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with fluid power, hose, plumbing, or HVAC products is a plus
