TheReporting Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing and managing data to support the organization's strategic objectives and enhance operational efficiency. This is a hybrid role with three days per week in the corporate office in Lake Oswego, Oregon. .

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform data analysis to identify discrepancies and trends across multiple data sets, including Excel files, databases tables, and CSVs documents. Pull and send reports on a regular basis to relevant stakeholders.
- SQL Query Writing: Write SQL queries, views, and procedures to pull and transform data accurately and efficiently.
- Salesforce & Power BI Support: Create, update, and support reports in Salesforce and Power BI, ensuring that data visualization meets business requirements and enhances decision-making capabilities.
- Collaboration & Support: Work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support. Assist the Enterprise Architect with data-related projects and initiatives as required.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements through data analysis and recommend solutions to enhance overall business performance.
- Training & Documentation: Provide training and support to end-users regarding data tools and processes, creating user guides to facilitate understanding and usage.
- Other Tasks as Needed: Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support business objectives and team initiatives.

Experience Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables
- Strong knowledge of SQL for database querying and data manipulation.
- Experience with Power BI or Salesforce is a plus.
- Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus.
