About the role
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead delivery across client engagements and internal initiatives in a fast-paced SaaS environment. In this role, you will manage projects from kickoff through go-live, working closely with clients and cross-functional teams including solutions, product, engineering, and client success.
This role also plays a key part in leveraging AI enabled tools and automation to improve delivery efficiency, project insights, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate brings strong execution discipline, excellent client facing skills, and a forward looking mindset toward modern delivery practices, including the responsible use of AI.
What you'll do
Project & Delivery Management
- Own end‑to‑end project delivery for Consulting & Delivery engagements, from kickoff through go‑live and close.
- Build and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies across workstreams.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and change requests to ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery.
- Ensure deliverables meet agreed scope, quality standards, and client success criteria.
- Lead internal initiatives to improve delivery efficiency, scalability, and qualit
AI & Automation
- Use AI‑powered tools to enhance planning, reporting, risk identification, and delivery insights.
- Identify opportunities for AI and automation to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as primary client contact throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Lead project kickoffs, status reviews, and executive‑level communications.
- Deliver clear, audience‑appropriate status updates and executive summaries.
Cross‑Functional Leadership
- Partner with Consulting, Engineering, Product, Operations, Client Success, Legal, and Finance teams to drive execution.
- Coordinate resources and ensure accountability across contributors.
- Support smooth handoff to Client Success or support teams post‑delivery.
- Help plan and execute cross‑company initiatives and internal programs.
- Drive adoption of new tools, processes, and platforms.
Governance & Operations
- Track project health across scope, schedule, and delivery metrics; support portfolio reporting.
- Ensure adherence to governance, processes, and documentation standards.
- Provide delivery insights, lessons learned, and recommendations for improvement.
- Continuously recommend process improvements to enhance delivery speed and predictability.
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in project or program management within a SaaS, technology, or consulting environment
- Experience managing client-facing software implementations
- Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
- Strong stakeholder management, organization, and communication skills
- Proven experience managing client integrations involving APIs, data feeds, or platform implementations
- Ability to manage multiple clients, tasks, and projects effectively
- Comfortable working under pressure with a customer-first mindset
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Microsoft Teams Planner
Preferred
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or financial data platforms.
- Exposure to APIs, data integrations, or platform implementations.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or related certification.
