Inventory The Inventory Associate supports store operations by maintaining accurate stock levels of products and supplies to ensure excellent shopping experience for customers and proper care for animals. This position is responsible for counting, organizing, and auditing merchandise while demonstrating the company's core values—positive toward people and pets, eager to learn, team oriented, and accountable.

- Accurately enter product information and adjustments into the inventory management system.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Identify and report discrepancies, damaged items, or potential inventory issues promptly.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures to reduce shrink and maintain a safe work environment.
- Work collaboratively with teammates and management to meet store goals and deadlines.
- Demonstrate and promote the company's core values through daily actions and interactions.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Work Environment
- Work is performed in both retail and warehouse environments.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in retail, warehouse, or inventory management preferred.
- Interest in animals or pet care is a plus.
