The Dishwasher Steward is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the hotel’s kitchens by washing dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment. This role supports Food & Beverage operations by ensuring sanitation standards are met, workspaces remain clean and safe, and all equipment is properly stored and ready for use in a full-service hotel environment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods,?lift up?to 50 lbs., bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
