ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - EMERGENCY SERVICES

Position Summary
|
|
The Administrative Assistant supports attendance tracking, compliance monitoring, audit coordination, document management, onboarding support, scheduling, dashboard maintenance, and department readiness tracking. The Administrative Assistant ensures accurate record keeping, timely follow-up, and organization of department processes so nursing leadership can focus on clinical operations and staff management. This is a non-clinical position.

The primary purpose of the Administrative Assistant is to provide operational and clerical support to the Emergency Department leadership team.

Qualifications
|
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
|
- Two years administrative support experience, preferred.
|
|
|

|
- Proficient computer skills to complete tasks as required.
|
- Must be organized, able to effectively prioritize tasks and exhibit appropriate time management skills.
