Position Overview
High-performing analyst with 1–4 years of experience who is ready to take on meaningful ownership across acquisitions and asset management. This position is ideal for an early-career professional with a foundation in commercial real estate who is eager to take on meaningful responsibility across the investment lifecycle. The role will report directly to senior leadership and offer significant exposure to deal flow, portfolio performance, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, self-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Acquisitions (approximately 50%):
•Underwrite potential acquisition opportunities using Argus Enterprise and Excel
•Conduct market research, rent comparables, and asset-level due diligence
•Lead preparation of investment memos and IC materials with senior oversight.
•Interface with internal AM/PM, Construction and Design teams to inform underwriting assumptions.
•Manage portions of the transaction process from LOI through closing , coordinating with brokers, lenders, and legal counsel
•Analyze deal structures, debt sizing, and return metrics including IRR, equity multiple, and cash-on-cash returns
Asset Management & Leasing (approximately 50%):
•Work directly with the Head of Asset Management on portfolio oversight, including performance tracking and reporting
•Analyze leasing activity, lease proposals, and tenant creditworthiness
•Prepare hold/sell analyses, lease abstracts, and variance reports against budgets
•Develop and maintain capital expenditure schedules and track project execution across the portfolio
•Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and investor reporting
Qualifications
•1–4 years of experience in commercial real estate, investment banking, or a related field
•Proficiency in Argus Enterprise required; candidates will be evaluated on real-life Argus modeling skills
•Strong Excel modeling skills with experience building and auditing financial models
•Healthcare real estate experience or exposure is a strong plus; retail and office experience are also valuable
•Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
•Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical instincts, and ability to manage multiple priorities
•Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting findings to senior stakeholders

The pay range for this role is:80,000 - 100,000 USD per year(HQ)
