THIS ROLE IS DENVER BASED
As an AEO/SEO Strategist, you’ll be a part of the Customer Success organization within Conductor, helping identify risks and opportunities across our largest customers. In this role, you’ll work alongside customer account teams during vital points in their lifecycle with Conductor to help ensure a successful partnership and renewal.
A day in the life....
- Identify key customers that are at risk to achieving their outcomes by uncovering trends across at-risk accounts and helping to develop playbooks to enable account teams to proactively identify solutions to mitigate risk.
- On key customers, consult to understand their SEO, content and web operations, strategic priorities and develop tailored strategic success plans and recommendations that drive clear outcomes in line with customer priorities
- Collaborate and partner with internal Customer Success and Sales teams to identify key customer challenges, opportunities, and renewal risk and drive remediation efforts across internal stakeholder groups to mitigate risk of loss
- Leverage AI tools to create efficiencies in day-to-day processes, both internally and for your customers
- Take a consultative approach to develop scalable strategic solutions across Conductor’s products and services to drive customer outcomes and reduce churn
- Provide analysis and leverage AI tools to create customer dashboards that provide key insights into a customer business and account performance
- Drive engagement with executive sponsors to facilitate enablement and adoption of key solutions across organizations
- Craft and present strategic plans and business cases to ensure we are demonstrating the value of our partnership and create alignment on key Conductor solutions
We’re excited about you if you have....
- Foundational SEO Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 year specifically focused on SEO/AEO (agency or in-house). You understand the "how" and "why" behind organic search.
- Technical Curiosity: You have experience performing basic website audits and are comfortable making technical optimization recommendations.
- A Results-Driven Mindset: You can provide actionable insights and prioritize them by impact, as well as push back on client strategies with informed alternative recommendations
- AI Proficiency: You use AI tools to create efficiencies in your day-to-day activities and your work for your clients
- Data Literacy: You are comfortable working with and extracting insights from data sets using Excel/Google Sheets, LLMs like Gemini and Claude, as well as other tools
- Strong Communication Skills: You can clearly explain SEO/AEO concepts to internal and external teams, leadership, and other audiences in both verbal and written formats
- A Continuous Learner Mentality: The search landscape changes weekly. You actively follow industry blogs and are eager to learn how AI and LLMs are shifting the future of SEO
- Organization & Ownership: You have experience managing your own tasks across multiple projects and take pride in meeting deadlines and delivering clean, accurate work.
