Maintain detailed knowledge of competitive properties and market knowledge of all assets in portfolioAssistin pitching business to prospective new clientsPrepare annual budgets, including capital expenditure budgets, or review and authorize budgetssubmittedby othersPrepare monthly owner’s reports and quarterly financial reviewsCreate value for clients through meeting NOI and revenue goalsEnsure occupancy targets are achieved through leasing and resident retentionContribute to creation of and ensure execution of marketing plans for communities within assigned portfolioOversee execution of proactive andtimelyreputation management strategies via social media – ratings, reviews, responsesPerform regular property inspections to ensure buildings are up to government and environmental regulationsOversee planning and construction of tenant improvements and interior designEnsure operational execution yields consistently strong resident satisfaction survey resultsActivelyparticipatein the hiring processLeverage a succession plan toanticipateneeds and develop talentManage performance issues ina timelyand effective mannerEnsure employee compliance with the Washington State Residential Landlord & Tenant ActQualifications -This position carries supervisory responsibilities. College education preferred (Experience will be taken into consideration above education.)Institutional investor and/or 3rd party management experiencerequired5 years of supervisory Property Management experience
2 Years of Regional Manager or Asset Manager experienceIndustry certificationsProficiencywith property management software platforms (preferably Yardi andResMan)Expertisein multiple Affordable Housing Programs, including RD, TC, HUD Experience with acquisition rehab projects, lease ups, and new construction Ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholdersStrong financial aptitude and analytical skillsValid Washington state real estate licenseMust have a valid driver’s license and be able to driveWe’re invested in you — because your well-being fuels your success.
