Overview
Great opportunity for college students to gain hands-on leadership experience managing daily operations at a busy outdoor pool club. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring a safe environment, and delivering a positive member experience throughout the summer.
Responsibilities
- Supervise lifeguards, front desk, and activities staff
- Assist with staff scheduling and daily operations
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized facility
- Provide excellent customer service and support members
- Handle questions and resolve issues professionally
- Support events and enforce club policies
Qualifications
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Reliable, organized, and responsible
- Willing to obtain lifeguard certification
- Available days, nights, weekends, and holidays
