Livestream Selling Manager (Tiktok & Whatnot)
We are looking to hire a full-time Livestream Manager (TikTok & Whatnot) for DNAM Brands.
In this role, you will lead live shopping and brand broadcasts from concept through execution across our portfolio of iconic brandsincluding Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Trina Turk, Valentino Orlandi, and Badgley Mischka. You will oversee scheduling, streamers, content planning, product selection, inventory coordination, sales tracking, and audience engagementensuring each livestream is strategically merchandised and operationally seamless. Working closely with Marketing and Creative teams, you will develop programming that drives excitement, conversion, and consistent growth across platforms.
The Livestream Manager plays a critical role in scaling our live commerce channelsetting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and refining strategy to maximize revenue while delivering polished, high-impact broadcasts.
You must be based in or willing to commute to our office to be considered for this position.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in livestream, video production, or live commerce
- Strong understanding of live streaming platforms and workflows
- Experience managing teams and on-camera talent
- Performance-driven mindset with ability to analyze data
- Track and maintain sales activity while setting goals and strategies to increase overall sales
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage live shopping and brand livestream programs
- Plan content, run-of-show, and timelines
- Oversee livestream operators, hosts, and on-air talent
- Coordinate with marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams
- Drive audience engagement, conversion, and performance goals
- Monitor our shop's health scores and see what can be improved
- Monitor live streams as they happen to ensure customers are happy and streamers are selling in ways that align with our standards
