E-Commerce Operations Associate
DNAM Brands owns and licenses a portfolio of globally recognized fashion brands, including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Trina Turk, Valentino Orlandi, and Badgley Mischka. As we continue to expand our direct-to-consumer business, we are building a team focused on delivering a best-in-class online shopping experience across every brand.
We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy E-Commerce Operations Associate to support and optimize our day-to-day online store operations.
This role is critical to ensuring our e-commerce ecosystem runs smoothly, efficiently, and accurately. You will manage backend operations, support product launches, maintain site accuracy, and help create a seamless customer journey from click to delivery. Youll collaborate closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Customer Service, and Fulfillment teams to ensure our digital storefronts are operationally sound, conversion-optimized, and customer-focused.

Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital operations
- Strong familiarity with Shopify
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of inventory and fulfillment workflows
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in fashion or DTC brands preferred
- Tracking and managing stock for multiple brands across various sales channels
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day e-commerce operations across the website and marketplaces
- Manage product uploads, updates, and site merchandising
- Monitor inventory, order flow, and fulfillment issues
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams
- Assist with site launches, promotions, and product drops
- Troubleshoot site issues and escalate as needed
- Track performance metrics and maintain operational reports
