Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Bolivar, MO is hiring a Secretary to care for our residents at Ash Grove Healthcare Facility! CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 Long-Term Care facilities and 1 residential care facility. About the facility: Ash Grove Healthcare Facility is an 82-bed long-term care, skilled nursing facility. Services include a 20-bed memory care unit to meet the needs of individuals with dementia, including Alzheimer's disease.
A typical day includes:
- Giving directions and information to visitors, families, and others inquiring at the desk
- Collecting or assisting in the collection of required data and organizing data collected as requested
- Performing Monthly Billing Clerk responsibilities
- Performing Accounts Receivable Clerk responsibilities
Job Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma
- Experience: NA
- Skills: Time management, organization, multi-tasking
- Licensure/Certification: Family and Friends CPR within 6 months of employment
- Physical: Ability to sit at a computer for 90% of the day and stand for the remaining 10%
