Stream Companies is seeking a Salesforce Administrator focused on Sales Cloud to support the day-to-day operation, stability, and usability of our companies’ Salesforce environment(s).
This role is responsible for core CRM administration, Sales Process support, Product and Price Book maintenance, Automation, and Data Hygiene. The administrator will occasionally interact with Opportunity Products or the Product Catalog at an administrative level, while architectural design and revenue/billing logic are owned by a Salesforce Developer/Architect and other systems owners.
This individual must be able to create and maintain an optimal, easy to use, flexible experience within our Salesforce instance through administration, training, maintaining data integrity and the ability to work and communicate effectively with a fast-paced team.
Primary Responsibilities
Salesforce Sales Cloud Administration
- Administer and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration, including:
- Objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules
- Lead, Account, Contact, and Opportunity lifecycle configuration
- Support user onboarding/offboarding, roles, profiles, and permission set assignment
- Maintain data hygiene through required fields, validation, deduplication, and routine audits
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for Sales, Ops teams and leadership
- Build and maintain Flows and configuration level automation to support Sales workflows (routing, task creation, field updates, approvals)
Opportunity & Product Support (Administrative Only)
- Perform limited administrative updates related to Opportunity Products and the Product Catalog, such as:
- Adding or updating non-billing fields
- Page layout or picklist updates
- Visibility, permissions, and minor configuration changes
- Implement updates designed by a Salesforce Architect and escalate questions when changes may impact product structure or billing logic
Integrations & Coordination
- Support Salesforce integrations from an admin and monitoring perspective (e.g., marketing automation tools)
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, or architects on integration issues.
Salesforce & Project Level Support
- Troubleshoot day-to-day Salesforce issues and provide user support and enablement
- Timely customer-focused response to Salesforce related help-desk tickets.
- Maintain centralized documentation within Confluence for all updates and changes made to the platform.
- Develop content for training materials in conjunction with our Learning and Development team
- Communicate, manage your tasks and worklist within our project management system.
- Security - Follow all IT security processes and procedures documented in the company's Information Security Policies.
Qualifications:
- Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification – must provide proof of current certification.
- ~3 years of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud fundamentals
Experience supporting:
- Lead to Opportunity workflows
- Sales process configuration and automation
- Proficiency with Salesforce Flows
- Experience managing permissions, roles, profiles, and permission sets
- Comfortable making admin level updates to Opportunity Products and Product Catalogs under architectural guidance
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail

- Strong communicator who knows when to escalate questions vs. execute changes
- Able to turn ad hoc requests into structured, documented updates
- User focused mindset with patience for day-to-day Sales support
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, and handle and prioritize simultaneous requests.
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
