Electrician (Residential & Commercial)
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Pay: $24–$30/hour (based on experience & licensing)
Schedule: Full-Time
About the Role:
We are actively hiring experienced Electricians to join our growing team in Fort Myers. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across residential, commercial, and light industrial projects. What You’ll Do:
- Install electrical wiring, fixtures, panels, and equipment per code and project specs
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on electrical systems
- Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability
- Ensure all work complies with NEC and local electrical codes
- Collaborate with project managers, supers, and other trades on job sites
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
- Provide professional, customer-focused service when interacting with clients
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Completed apprenticeship or formal electrical training
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and troubleshooting
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, dependable, and able to meet project deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must be able to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions
Physical Requirements:
- Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Stand, bend, twist, and climb ladders throughout the shift
- Work in confined spaces and at heights when required
Requirements:
- Must pass drug and alcohol screening
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Must adhere to all safety policies, including use of PPE and fall protection
