On average, technicians with drive and desire, have been promoted and have increased their earning potential to between $60-80k annually, after only 6 months of employment.
Learn and perform a variety of new skills, including equipment set-up, demolition of building materials, pack up and put back the personal property of customers’ homes affected by water or fire damage. We are flexible with schedules and promote work life balance.
Job Description
- Handle materials containing asbestos and lead
- Assist with jobs involving mold and bacteria from water damage
- Help perform abatements to control the work environment and protect homeowners and workers
- Follow all safety procedures on-site
A supervisor will always be present to guide you and ensure a safe, clean work environment. All required PPE will be provided by RMR.
Qualifications:
· Positive and fun attitude
· Able to perform physical labor and able to lift 75 lbs
· Previous restoration experience is a plus
· IICRC or other certifications Preferred
· Clean driving record required
· Full-Time
· Must be 21 years of age
· Must be able to read and write fluently in English
**must be willing to undergo background check and drug screen**
