Job duties:- Draft pleadings, correspondence, memoranda, and other case related documents
- Communicate with clients, insurance company contacts, and opposing counsel
- Identify, research, and analyze legal issues and conflicting legal opinions
- Take and defend depositions, handle arbitrations, and argue motions
- Attend in-person and virtual court appearances
Required:· Recent experience with automotive bodily injury or general liability cases
