Job duties:Work fully remote initially. We have offices in 9 other states and are looking to build out an office in Delaware. This Attorney will help us do this. Work will eventually be hybrid remote once the office has been settled in Delaware (2-3 days work from home per week).
- Handle a variety of civil litigation cases from inception to resolution.
- Conduct legal research, analyze data, and develop strategies for cases.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.

Required:· Currently licensed in Delaware· Must live currently in Delaware· Recent insurance defense experience
